The Annavaram temple is roughly 120 km from Vizag along NH16 and takes about two and a half hours. The hill shrine is dedicated to Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy.
When to go
Weekdays are quieter. Leave Vizag by 5 AM to reach by 8 AM for shorter queues. The temple is especially crowded on Sundays, full moon days and festival days.
